Beef Flank Steak with Cauliflower

Ingredients
10 oz flank steak4 T soy sauce3/4 C chopped/minced garlic2 T Dijon mustardJuice of 2 lime wedges2 T fresh green onions1/2 C sliced white onion3 C cauliflower2 C fresh spinach leaves
Directions
Slice steak diagonally into @ 1 in pieces.

Marinate steak in other ingredients (except cauliflower and spinach) for 2-4 hours.

Cook steak about 5 minutes in skillet on medium high heat.

Add cauliflower and spinach. Put lid on skillet. Cook until cauliflower is cook through, not mushy, and spinach is wilted.

Serve over brown rice.
