Spicy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
2 Chicken breastsBarilla Plus PastaSauce1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar1 tbsp Honey3 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes1 tbsp Minced Garlic1 tbsp GingerBell PeppersCucumberCherry Tomatoes
Directions
Combine olive oil, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, pepper flakes, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Peel cucumbers. Cut cucumbers and bell peppers into bite size pieces.
Grill or bake chicken; cut into bite size pieces.
Prepare pasta according to directions.

Combine pasta, chicken and vegetables in a large bowl. Pour sauce over the mixture and toss until everything looks well coated.

Great when the chicken is warm, also excellent as left-overs!
