Ingredients
Chicken Breast - Boneless, Skinless (1/3 of meat, diced)1/2 C. Celery, diced1/2 C. Apple, diced1/2 C. Grapes, halved2 T. Walnuts, chopped1 T. Miracle Whip, Light1/4 C. Plain Low-Fat YogurtSquirt of Lemon Juice
Directions
Cook chicken breast (Great use for leftovers). Dice or chop all ingredients, combine. Stir in miracle whip, yogurt and lemon juice. Enjoy!
