2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup chopped carrotssaltpepper1cup mushroom broth1/2cup red pepper1/2 cup corn1/2 cup green onions1 cup mushrooms1/3 cup celery2tsp corn starch 3/4 Cup Dietary Specialities Imitation Rice
Directions
Combine vegetable oil and vegetables in a sauce pan and and simmer on medium heat. add mushroom broth, turn up to high for 1 minute , monitor closely , add rice and and corn starch to thicken.
