Skinny Mashed Red Potatoes

Ingredients
4 Red Potato, halved1/2 C Plain Yogurt1/2 C Almond Milk2 Garlic cloves, minced1 Tbsp Butter1/8 tsp Salt1/8 tsp White Pepper
Directions
In a large pot boil the potatoes until soft.

Drain and return to pot.

With a potato masher, mash potatoes.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend with a hand mixer or you can use the potato masher to mix and mash the potatoes.

Return to the stove and reheat potatoes, serve immediately.
