1/2 package of Mori-Nu silken soft tofu3 tablespoons canola or olive oil1/2 cup balsamic or white vinegar1/2 cup plain Dijon mustard1/4 cup of brown sugaronion powder (to taste)black pepper (to taste)

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Eat.
