1 pkg fat free sugar free pudding2 cups skim or 1 % milk1-2 cups Cool Whip
Directions
Prepare pudding mix according to package instructions. Fold in Cool Whip to taste. I like it creamy. Spoon into 4 dishes. Cover and refrigerate
