1 lb of Salt Fish 1.5 lb of potato boiled and mashed1 medium onion chopped2 eggs beat in seperate bowl1/2 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, mash or knead with hands . form mixture into cakes or patties, approx 2 tblspoons per cake. fry on skillet or frying pan at medium heat until golden brown
