Scrambled eggs with salsa and avocado

Ingredients
2 eggs1.2 c egg beaters1 c salsa (I use Rick Bayless')1/2 avocado, dicedcilantro (optional)
Directions
Cook salsa in skillet until liquid is considerably reduced.
Pre-stir eggs lightly; add eggs & avocado to pan. Scramble until done to taste. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired. Serve with tortillas or toast.
