1 Cup Whole Grain Pastry Flour1.25 Cups Barley Flour2 Cups Steel Cut Oats1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda4 Eggs1 Cup Succanut (or brown sugar)1 Cup Coconut Oil1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract 4 Tbsp. Honey4 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal1 Cup Oat Bran1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In a mixer combine the next 7 ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Add Chocolate Chips. Spoon cookie dough onto greased baking stone. Bake 375 for 13 minutes
