Oatmeal Blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups oatmeal2 cups buttermilk1 egg white1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda.5 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Combine oatmeal, buttermilk(for each cup of skim milk add 1tblsp of white vinegar or lemon juice and let stand 5 minutes before adding to dry ingredient) and egg white. Let stand .5hr to 24hrs in refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients. If batter is too thick add more buttermilk
