Kale, 1 cup, choppedSpinach, 2 cupsSwiss Chard, 1 cup choppedCelery, 3 stalks slicedRomaine Hearts, 1.5 cups, choppedSmall Apple, cored and dicedSmall Pear, cored and DicedSmall BananaStawberries, 1/2 cup slicedJuice of 1 Lemon1 Cup Filtered Water
Directions
chop all ingredients and blend. Preferably to use a Vitamix or other high speed blender.
