Ingredients
1 Thomas Cinnamon Rasin Bagel Thin1 Egg - Organic Omega-32 tbsp - Light Cream Cheese
Directions
Lightly toast the bagel. Meanwile, coat the bottom of a microwave safe bowl with butter flavored cooking spray. Break the egg into the bowl and break the yoke (to prevent explosion). Cook in the microwave at power 6 for 2 minutes. When the bagel is ready, spread the cream cheese thinly on both sides. Place the cooked egg into the bagel and eat as a sandwich.
