Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
10 whole wheat tortillas8 oz. sausage of your choicescrambled egg whites or whole eggs1 medium green bell pepper, chopped1 medium yellow onion, chopped3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions
1) Cook (crumble) sausage, set aside
2) Scramble eggs or egg whites with veggies
3) Assemble burrito (egg, sausage, cheese)

These are very easy to make ahead and freeze! My recipe made 10 burritos with 8-inch tortillas, but depending on how much you like of each thing, your quantity will differ.
