Tasty Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey (93% lean)1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)1/2 cup bread crumbs (plain)2 t. mayonnaise1 T. low sodium teriyaki marinade2 t. ketchup1 t. salt1/2 t. white pepper1.5 t. ground sage1/2 t. thyme1/4 t. allspice
Directions
Mix all ingredients except turkey in a big bowl, then add turkey and mix well (by hand is easiest, but it's messy). Form into burgers Fry them up about 5-6 minutes per side. Check for doneness.

Serving Size: makes 4 good size (1/2 lb) burgers ore more smaller ones
