Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
6-7 Medium Bell Peppers1 lb ground beef, lean1/4 cup finely chopped onion1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice1 tsp season salt1/2 tsp black pepperOregano to tasteBasil to tasteParsley to taste1 cup spaghetti sauce (enough to cover tops of peppers and some for bell peppers to sit in)
Directions
mix ground beef, onion, rice and seasonings well. Cut tops off of peppers and hollow out all seeds. Stuff peoppers with equal portions of ground beef mixture. Place stuffed peoppers in crockpot and cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until ground beef is cook and peppers are tender. Serving size is one stuffed bell pepper.
