Vanilla Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients
12 cups brewed vanilla tea12 cups brewed mint tea4-5 sprigs fresh mint leaves1 cup water1 cup sugar1 Tbsp vanilla extract6 cups ice cubes
Directions
Pour hot tea over mint leaves and steep for 15 mints. Bring water, sugar and vanilla extract to a boil. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add simple syrup to tea. Remove mint leaves add ice cubes. Chill well before serving.
