Low Fat Turkey Lasagna

- 2 C Fat Free Cottage Cheese- 1 C Onions, Diced- 1 C Part Skim Milk Shredded Mozzarella- 15 oz Fat Free Ricotta Cheese- 1/2 C Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan- 2 Large Eggs- 1 Box Lasagna Noodles (Meijer)- 1 Jar Prego Light Smart Sauce- 20 oz Jenny-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Heat oven to 350. Brown turkey in a saute pan over medium heat. Add onions to pan and cook until clear. Add sauce to pan. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, eggs, and cottage cheese until creamy and thoroughly mixed. Spray nonstick cooking spray to coat 8x12 glass pan. Put a thin layer of meat sauce on bottom of pan. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella, until all ingredients are gone. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
