Creamy crockpot taco chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup1 can Rotel1 pkg taco seasoning (or 4 tsp)
Directions
Place chicken in bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle on taco seasoning. In a separate bowl, mix together soup and rotel, pour over chicken. Place lid on crockpot, cook on high for 4 - 6 hours. Chicken should shred easily, shred and mix into sauce. Serve on tortillas with rice, black beans and assorted taco toppings.
