Vegan Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
6 cups Black Beans, soaked at least 8 hours1 bad frozen pepper stir fry vegetables1 can diced tomatoes1 jar mild salsa1 can mushrooms
Directions
Soak and rinse beans, place in large crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Add water to fill crock pot. Cook all day or all night - at least 6 hours. Makes 20-24 1 cup servings.
