Vanilla-Cinnamon Vegan Waffles for One (with protein)

1/4 c white ww flour1 tbsp vanilla sunwarrior protein powderpinch of salt3/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp truvia1 tsp cinnamon1/2 Ener-g egg replacer egg, prepared1/4 c unsweetened almond milk1 tbsp applesaucedash of vanilla extract (or vanilla stevia)
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix wet into dry. Make sure everything is incorporated and heat up your waffle iron.
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes or according to iron instructions. These come out nice and crispy with some extra time! ENJOY!
