Green Goddess Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
Pepperidge Farm Swirl/Marble Bread, Rye & Pumpernickle, 2 serving - 2 slices Wegman's Mozzarella (slice), 2 serving Spinach, fresh, .5 cup Avocados, California (Haas), .25 fruit without skin and seeds Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Pam - Organic Olive Oil Spray (1second spray), 2 serving
Directions
Place cilantro on one slice of bread then a slice of cheese. Then put the sliced avocado and spinach on the sandwich. Sprinkle on pepper and Italian seasoning to taste and top with the second slice of cheese. Spray each side of the sandwich with Pam and grill until done.
