Ingredients
cream cheesecreambutterpowdered sugarcommercial 15.25 oz(432)gr.)carrot cake mix1 cup ground carrotsoil (from cake mix directions)water(")3 eggs(")
Directions
put "Mix" water in glass bowl, add ground carrots, micro on Hi for 2 min. Set aside to cool. Mix oil,eggs, and cooled carrot slush into mixing bowl and mix on low or wisk, beat till combined well. Put 2 TB in each whoopie mold, will make exactly 36, bake till just done 10-11 min. Cool, mix frosting glop a big spoonful on 18 cakes, cover with other 18, flat sides together.
