Turkey Egg Rolls

Ingredients
20 egg roll wrappers1 lb ground turkey8 oz bean sprouts6 oz broccoli slaw mix2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
Directions
Heat skillet and add a touch of EVOO. When heated add ground turkey. Cook through, about 5 minutes. Drain any grease. Add sprouts and slaw mix. Lower heat and cook, covered, until sprouts seem limp, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

Prepare egg rolls according to directions on package.
Bake 10-12 min in 400`F oven.
