1/2 cup of apricot preserves1/2 cup crushed pineapple2 tbsp soy sauce12-16 oz boneless, skinless, chicken thigh
Salt & pepper 12-16 oz boneless, skinless, chicken thighs. Place in crockpot on low for 4 hrs. Mix apricot preserves, pineapple, & soy sauce spread over chicken. Let cook on low for 1 hr (basting along the way).
