1 pound minimally processed ground beef (or turkey if you prefer)1/2 cup chopped onion2-3 cups Black beans, cooked2-3 cups Pinto beans, cooked2-3 cups White beans, cooked3 tablespoons Garlic Powder3 tablespoons Cumin (ground)1/2 - 1 tablespoons Black PepperBrown the ground beef and onion in skillet. Once browned, add the beans and spices (you can add more or less spices depending on taste). Let simmer for at least 15 mins. Serve on tortilla shells, over rice, or as nachos.
