1 1/2 Scoop of Body By Vi Vi-Shape Powder2 Tbs of Whole Wheat Flour1/4 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)1/4 teaspoon of Baking Powder1/3 Cinnamon1/3 Vanilla Extra1 Large Egg White1 pinch of Celtic Sea Salt (or plain table salt)1/4 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
I throw all of these ingredient in my bullet style blender while skillet is on the stove warming. Once its all blended together and lump free I pour to form a nice size pancake in the skillet. Wait for bubbles to form on top and then flip. I do this until cup is empty.
Serving Size: Makes approx 2-3 small (but super filling) Pancakes
