Ingredients
Sweet potato, .33 cup, cubesBaked Potato (baked potatoes), 264 gramsOnions, raw, 242 gramsRed Ripe Tomatoes, 260 gramsTrader Joe's Chopped Organic Spinach, 200 gram(s)Farm Fresh X Large Eggs, 7 servingBeef, eye of round, 100 grams
Directions
Dice potatoes, onions, tomato and meat. Brown onions and potato. Add spinach, meat and tomato, heat through. Whip eggs with a little milk or cream, pour over meat/veggie mixture, bake 350 for about 30 minutes. Shred some cheese on top if you like, not included in calculation. Cut into 6 pie slices.
