Braised Napa Cabbage

Ingredients
8 cups sliced napa cabbage (about 1/2 a head)1 tbsp garlic powder1/4 cup water1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Directions
1. Slice cabbage thinly and sprinkly with garlic powder and lightly toss.

2. place cabbage in a skillet, add water and cook until softened and quantity has reduced by about 1/2, then drain.

3. Add butter and stir until melted

Serving Size: 4 servings (approx 1 cup each)
