Dressing: 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 1/2 teaspoons olive or canola oil mayonnaise1 1/2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurtDash teaspoon hot sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice1/2 (12 ounce) bag rainbow slaw* 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced into matchsticks or grated with a box grater* This variety had broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and cabbage.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a large bowl, then toss with the slaw and apples. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
