1Box of Rotini Pasta1 cup of Almond Milk1/2 Tbsp of corn starch12 oz of Shredded Veggie Cheese2Tbsp Smart Balance ButterBlack Pepper to taste
Preheat oven at 350
Boil Pasta according to box instructions
In medium sauce pan heat milk and butter until it slightly boils. Add corn starch and 4 oz of shredded veggie cheese stir until it bubbles.
Combine Pasta and Cheese sauce in casserole dish. Spread the rest of the cheese over the pasta.
Cook at 350 until done.
Serving Size: Makes 8-1 cup servings
