Chili w/Ground Turkey & Beans

Ingredients
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 whole Vidalia Onion (chopped)1 cup Diced Red Peppers (or any type of peppers)2-3 cloves of garlic1/2 pkg. Shady Brook Farms Italian Style Ground Turkey1 jar (24oz) Francesco Rinaldi Mushroom & Pepper Pasta Sauce1 cup canned chopped tomatoes1-2 tsp. Hot Sauce (if desired)2 Tbsp. Chili Powder1 Tbsp. Paprika (or smoked paprika)1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin1 can (15.5oz) Black Beans1 can (15.5oz) Cannellini Beans
Directions
Saute onions, red peppers and garlic in EVOO until onions translucent. Add 1/2 lb of ground turkey and cook together with vegetables until browned. Add spices - chili, paprika, and cumin and cook together for about 1 minute while stirring. Add the jar of pasta sauce and approx. 1 cup of chopped tomatoes in liquid. Also add 1-3 tsp. of hot sauce for extra spice if desired. Allow to heat up. Add 1 can of black beans and 1 can of Cannellini beans. Heat together. Allow to simmer for as long as desired.
