Tapioca pudding large serving

Ingredients
4 cups skim milk4 T pearl tapioca1/3 cup splenda~~~~~1 large egg~~~~~2 tsp vanilla or almond flavoring
Directions
Mix milk, tapioca, & splenda
Let set at least 30 minutes to soften tapioca
Beat large egg well - stir into milk
Begin cooking over medium/low heat, stirring often - scorches easily
Cook until it comes to a full boil
Remove from heat & cool 5 minutes
Add flavoring, mix well and pour into desired serving dishes.
chill 3-4 hours before serving
Generous serving great for afternoon or evening snack!

    Great flavor, but mine didn't sit up well at all. I was hoping for more of a "pudding" texture. - 10/26/12

    Maybe you needed to cook it a bit longer or the tapioca is different. Mine does set up to a pudding texture. I cook mine until it does begin to thicken.
