16oz pumpkin2c skim milk1 pkg sugar free butterscotch pudding (or vanilla)1-1 1/2 t. Pumpkin pie spice (or you can use cinn, nutmet, or ginger)
Directions
Add all ingrediants mis with a wisk, chill, and serve. Top with cool whip if you wish.
