Lemony Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons lemon juice2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil1/2 tsp garlic, minced1.4 tsp Dijon mustard1/8 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp sugar1/4 cup red onions2 cups cannellini (white) beans (cooked)
Directions
Combine all but the beans in a bowl with a whisk. Stir in cooked cannellini beans. Top with 2 tablespoons of shaved, fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
