Incredible Turkey Chili Burgers

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground turkey, 93% lean1 large Egg1 Egg White1 tbsp Chili powder 1/4 cup Onions, raw, chopped1/4 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped 1 Tablespoon Garlic1/4 tsp Cayenne,1 Jalapeno Peppers1/4 tsp Black Pepper2 tbsp Ketchup2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients except Olive Oil. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in skillet and place burgers in pan. Cook for about 7 minutes per side. Even better cooked on the grill. When cooking make sure you don't try to turn them until they are almost completely cooked through or they will fall apart.
