strawberries, fozen, unsweetned 1 cuppeaches, frozen, unsweetned 1 cuporange juice, 100% 1 cuplight Hawaiian punch, Fruit Juicy Red 1 cupor any other favorite juiceBlend all ingredents in blender make a wonderful smootie or just somthing sweet to drink with not alot of calories

    I had to use mango because I didn't have any peaches, also had to replace light Hawaiian punch, Fruit Juicy Red with a similar light fruit juice (raspberry and cranberry works well) cause we don't have that here in the UK but it's really nice if you like smoothies, which I do.
