Low-Calorie Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup flour4 tbsp cocoa powder1 cup Ideal or Splenda no-calorie sweetener1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/3 cup apple puree or all natural apple sauce1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp vanilla1 cup warm waterPillsbury sugar-free frosting
Directions
Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the four wet ingredients. Then, mix the two bowls together, until just combined with no lumps. Do not overmix.
Pour into 9" cake pan or springform pan.
Bake at 350*F for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cake springs back when pressed.
Frost when cake is fully cooled.
Serves 8.
