Kale and Spinach

Ingredients
10 oz of fresh Kale (Finely chopped)8 oz of fresh Spinach (remove stems)1 large yellow onion chopped2 cloves of garlic2 tbsp of olive oil2 tbsp of Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
Directions
sautee onions and garlic in the olive oil on low heat in a large pot. Meanwhile, beginning chopping the kale into small pieces and de-stemming the spinach. When the onions are translucent, add the greens and tomatoes (also cut into small pieces). When it cooks down a little begin to stir it up to mix the onions and tomatoes into the greens. Add a little soy sauce and cover. Cook a low heat for 15 minutes.
