2 cups Rolled Oats Blended to flour1/2 cup High Fibre Bran cereal blended to flour1/2 cup dried chopped apricots1 egg1/3 cup non fat milk1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds5 Tbs Golden Syrup
Add blended flours, apricots, sunflower seeds and combine.
Add egg, mix well. Add milk and then Golden syrup. Mixture will quite thick.
Place into greased muffin tray and bake for 15min or until firm.
Serving Size: Makes 10 small Muffins
