Vegan Lubia Polo

Ingredients
Onions, 1 large, sliced Garlic, 4 clove, diced Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Ground tumeric, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Green Beans (snap), 1.5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole, chopped Almonds, 0.5 cup, sliced
Directions
1. Saute onion and garlic in the oil until lightly browned
2. Add tumeric and almonds
3. Add green beans, tomatoes, salt, and additional water for simmering.
4. Steam on the stove by simmering until green beans have softened to your liking.
5. Serve over rice or eat straight
