Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

CAKE:25g butter3/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup castor sugar1 tbsp cocoa4 tbsp milk1tsp vanilla essenceSAUCE:3/4 cup brown sugar4 tbsp cocoa2 cups boiling water
1. Make sauce first (cocoa, brown sugar, 1 cup boiling water). Leave to stand.
2. Measure dry ingredients in a bowl
3. Melt butter in microwave, on high, for 30 secs. Add vanilla and milk to butter
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix and get rid of lumps
DO NOT OVERBEAT/MIX!
5. Smooth surface
6. Pour 1/2 sauce over cake
7. Add 1 cup boiling water to sauce. Stir sauce.
8. Add 1/2 of remaining sauce to cake, stir sauce.
9. Add rest sauce to top.
10. Cook in microwave, on high, uncovered, for 10-12 minutes or until centre is just cooked.
Serve with ice cream or cream.
