1 medium onion2.5# of pork loin1 can French Onion soup1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup (I prefer low sodium)1 cup Moscoto (white wine)salt and pepper
Chop onion and place in bottom of crock.
Place pork loin over onion.
Pour French Onion Soup, Cream of Mushroom soup, and wine over the pork.
Salt and pepper to preference.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred or cut pork as desired. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
