Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey3 garlic cloves minced1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp dried oregano1 lg egg beaten1/2 cup cooked brown rice cooledolive oil spray
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a larbe mixing bowl and shape into 30 1 inch meatbals
2. Spray large nonstick skillett generously with olive oil
3. Cook meatballs for 5 to six minutes moving them to brown all sides.

Serving Size: makes 30 1 inch balls
