// 2 cans of black beans// 1/2 tbls cumin// 1 tbls olive oil// 2 cloves garlic////Heat oil.////Add garlic and cumin till fragrant.////Add black beans.////Mash beans while stirring.// Whole Wheat Tortillas.// 4 slices American Cheese.////Spread refried beans over tortillas.////Add cheese on top.////Fold Tortilla in half.// Grill Quesadillas.// Serve with Salsa on the side.
