Crock Pot Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast2 cans of cream of chicken soup2 cans of diced green chilis2 cups of shredded cheese24 corn toritillas
Directions
Boil chicken, cool and cut into small cubes. Tear toritillas into pieces. Mix all engredients and put into crock pot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 hours.

This recipe can easily be made a bit "healthier" by using low fat soup and cheese.
