Milk, nonfat, 2 cupsSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 cups Flour, white, 3/4 cupEgg, fresh, 3 large Low Calorie Margarine 3 tbspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Strawberries, fresh, 18 large (1-3/8" dia)
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a blender, combine egg whites, sugar and Margarine. Blend until smooth. Pour in flour and milk, a little at a time, blending until smooth again. Stir in vanilla.
3. Pour into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
4. Middle will cave in a bit, top with fresh strawberries (or any fresh fruit) or fruit compote for elegant looking and light dessert.
Makes 18 tarts.
