Pineapple Mango Salsa

1-20 oz can Dole Crushed Pineapple in 100% pineapple juice (drained)1 cup Organic Frozen Mango (thawed)1 medium Fresh Tomato1 Tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped1 tsp Dried Cilantro1 Tbsp Lime Juice1/4 tsp Kosher Salt (optional)
Drain pineapple and put in a medium mixing bowl
Thaw mango in microwave 30-45 seconds, add to pineapple
Chop tomato & chives, add to bowl
Add cilantro, lime juice, and salt to bowl
Mix all ingredients together
Put salsa in tupperware and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
Serving Size: Makes approx 32 2-Tbsp servings
