Oh So Good Tuna Casserole

1/2 cup Green Onions2 cups Fresh Mushrooms8 oz canned diced green Chilies1 1/2 cup mild picante sauce6 oz canned tuna - drained2 cups cooked brown rice6 Tlb. sour cream3 oz grated cheddar cheese
Saute' onions and mushroom in pam. Stir in Chilies. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in Picante sauce. Cook until thickened about 5 mins. Place tuna in bottom of a 10-inch baking dish sprayed with pam. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce mixture over tuna.
Mix together remaining sauce with rice and sour cream. Spread rice mixture over tuna. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 mins. Makes 4 servings.
