Ingredients
1/2 Cup organic raw cashews2 oz. red pimentos1/4 cup organic lemon juice3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Grind cashews in blender. Then add rest of the ingredients. Blend in blender until very smooth. Chill until firm.
Serve with crackers.

Makes about 1/2 cup (8 tablespoon servings)
